Purchased this last year, and have not ceased enjoying perusing it - watching all 8 games in their entirety, plus the substantial documentary film material, 1 show filmed in 1972 shortly after the Series had finished, and 2 much more recent films on what all was going on, on and off the ice.
The intensity is electrifying, the level of play generally exceedingly high - seeing the best Soviet players then, versus the top NHL skaters - what more could a true hockey fan desire? (I wish I had been there...
