It's been getting more and more obvious that green jobs are the future. I decided not to sit back and wait any longer, so I started researching how to do energy audits. I came across this DVD and was really excited by what it offered. BPI is undeniably the top energy institute, and seeing that this training video is recognized by them put me at ease. I know that in-person field trainings run up to $400-$500 and the BPI test alone is a couple hundred more... this $99 video is a great value for what it can give you. I particularly appreciated the combustion safety portion of the DVD, especially since I could follow along with the included Data Collection Form... if you're at all interested in performing energy audits, look no further... this video covers it all! I couldn't be more excited to start to my new career as an energy auditor!

The real bonus in this DVD is to see 2 playmate of the year in the same DVD, and to see Heather Kozar with long hair is so different to the 2000 edition. Julia Schults stands out for me, along with Deanna Brooks and Layla Roberts, but apart from that, it only average throughout. check out the 2000 Edition, it's longer and better.

'Mon Oncle' is arguably the best film by French mime artist Jacques Tati. His comedy of manners reeks of nostalgia. Which makes you wonder if this portrait of nineteen fifties France is a fair call, or just a sentimental journey into happy make-believe. Tati displays impeccable timing as clumsy, self-conscious Monsieur Hulot. And we find an understated matter-of-factness about how events proceed and how the characters are portrayed. As we are all creatures of routine, this movie delights in the small detail of what it means to be a conformist during the post-war boom. It is a somewhat slow piece of entertainment, by today's standards, but good things come to those who wait. Many delicious surprises are found inside the automatic gates of the high-tech house, where much of the story unfolds.

Frequently Calder's work is belittled by condescending critics who consider his work childish and naive. This look at Calder and his work does justice to this innovative master. Carnaval 2008 Review

I was very happy when a used copy of Caranaval 2008 poped up on Amazon. Even with the power of the internet it can be difficult to find high quality recordings of Carnaval. I lead the Deep Blue Water Samba School in Northern Michigan and we have been passing this DVD around the group sense I got it. Good editing, good camera work, an English overdub, and good sound quality make this a 5 star DVD.
