Picture a 2 disc DVD set including: "Jammin' The Blues" from 1942 featuring Lester Young, Big Sid Catlett, Jo Jones, and Roy Eldridge to name a few, "Hot House" from 1951 featuring Charlie Parkers' only U.S. TV appearance with Dizzy Gillespie, "JATP" jam session featuring Lester Young, Ben Webster, Charlie Parker, Buddy Rich, Ella Fitzgerald, etc., 1958's complete "Sound of Miles Davis" featuring Miles himself, John Coltrane, Tony Williams, Nat Adderley, Gil Evans, etc., the complete 1959 CBS broadcast "Sound of Jazz" featuring almost every name in the book, and finally the complete "Studio 61" broadcast featuring Ahmad Jamal and Ben Webster.
